Is Makaano available now?
No. Makaano is in development at Areez International, and early access is open. Register your details and we will contact you when the first version is ready. We are not committing to a date yet.
Is Makaano a housing or rental provider?
No. Makaano is software that your company or housing operator uses to manage housing. It does not provide housing or rent out beds.
Which languages can residents use?
Residents will be able to send requests in Urdu, Hindi or Bengali, and supervisors will receive them translated into Arabic. The management dashboard will be in Arabic, English and Urdu.
How will worker data be protected?
Makaano is designed to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law: we collect only the data needed and set permissions for each user. We will publish hosting and security details before launch.
What are the prices, and do they include VAT?
Indicative monthly prices, VAT included: Basic SAR 343.85 for up to 100 beds, Pro SAR 1,033.85 for up to 500 beds, and Operator SAR 2,873.85 for up to 2,000 beds. Prices may change before launch.
How does setup work?
You enter your buildings, floors, rooms and beds, add license details and licensed capacity, then add residents and their employers. Our team will help with setup during early access.
Does Makaano replace Balady?
No. Makaano is an internal operations tool, not a licensing authority, and does not replace official Balady requirements. It helps you track requirements day to day; licensing stays with Balady.
